This Cookie Policy explains how GO CLIENTS TECH (“Topify”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and within the Topify Shopify application (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

By clicking “Accept” on our banner or by continuing to use the Service (where consent is not legally required), you agree to the use of cookies as described here.

1. What are cookies and similar tech?

  • Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.
  • LocalStorage / SessionStorage are browser storage mechanisms used to save settings and session information.
  • Pixels/Tags/SDKs are snippets that help measure usage and performance.

We use these technologies to keep the Service secure, remember your preferences, and understand how features are used so we can improve them.

2. Who sets cookies?

  • First-party cookies are set by Topify.
  • Third-party cookies may be set by service providers (e.g., product analytics) acting on our behalf.
  • You may also encounter Shopify cookies when using our app inside the Shopify Admin; those are controlled by Shopify under its own policies.

3. How we categorize cookies

Strictly Necessary (essential)

Required for security, authentication, fraud prevention, and core app functions. These cannot be switched off.

Performance & Analytics (optional; consent-based where required)

Help us measure feature usage, diagnose issues, and improve UX. Data is aggregated or pseudonymized.

Functional (optional)

Remember choices such as language, date ranges, and consent settings.

Advertising/Targeting

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies in Topify.

Google OAuth note: Topify uses Google OAuth only to obtain read-only access to Google Search Console per your authorization. We do not use that Google data for ads or share it for advertising purposes, in line with Google’s API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).

4. Your choices & how to control cookies

Consent banner / preferences

  • In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK), we only set optional cookies after you click Accept.
  • You can change your choices anytime via the Cookie Settings link in the app footer (or banner) to enable/disable analytics and functional cookies.

LocalStorage / SessionStorage

To remove stored preferences, clear your browser’s site data for topify.pro (and/or your embedded app domain). This will reset saved UI settings and consent.

Do Not Track / GPC

Where feasible, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to treat analytics as opt-out. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Third-party services

We use reputable providers under data-processing agreements and least-privilege access. Where those providers place optional cookies, we ask for your consent first (where required). If you disable analytics in preferences, we stop sending events to those providers.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, present the banner again to re-capture consent.
